Jackson Davies


This awarding winning actor, writer, director and producer has performed in over 160 stage shows in most of the major Theatres in Canada. He has appeared in well over 300 TV shows and for 16 years starred as Constable John Constable in CBC's longest running TV series The Beachcombers. He has also been in 30 made for television movies and feature films. The feature film The Wild Guys, in which he starred and also co-wrote, won “Best Feature Film” at The World of Comedy International Film Festival and “Best Picture” Award at The California Independent Film Festival.

Jackson is a member of the B.C. Entertainment Hall of Fame and Starwalk, the Vice President of the Union of BC Performers, as well the past Vice Chair of the BC Arts Council. He co-wrote the best selling book Bruno and The Beach for The Beachcombers 40th anniversary and teaches Acting for the Stage and Screen and is a Film Project Mentor at Capilano University. Jackson is one of only two Canadians who were made Honorary Sergeants in the RCMP, and he also plays right wing for the Vancouver Canuck Alumni.
